Looking for Foreign Literature Teacher

We are currently looking for foreign teachers who can teach western literature.
Part-time position
1.        Age group: mainly middle school to high school students who plan to go to U.S. or Canada to study
2.        Class size: 1-8 students
3.        Class length: 45 mins per class period. 2 – 3 class periods per class with 5-min break in between periods.
4.        Help design Literature curriculum, including but not limited to: Determine levels needed for students to progress from little to no knowledge of literature to a full grasp of literature; design assessment tests for new students to determine level; design syllabi and lesson plans for each level.
5.        Provide demo classes to enroll students when necessary
6.        Give per-unit feedback of student performance to students and parents
7.        Provide ongoing guidance for improvement to students
